Both titles will be free to download and keep through the Epic Games Store until July 30. In Fullbright’s Tacoma, you are on an abandoned space station with a “mysterious AI.” The narrative adventure is set aboard this space station in the year 2088. As you go about your mission, you’ll explore every detail of how the station’s crew lived and worked. The crew of Lunar Transfer Station Tacoma was going about their workaday lives “when disaster threw them into chaos.” Your goal is to discover what fate awaits them. The other free game, Next Up Hero, is a dungeon crawler featuring hand-drawn heroes that hack, slash, drum, boomerang, and “jet their way through Ventures.” Choose your Hero and start rolling dungeons, gearing out, and maxing your stats against the vile monsters known as the Ceaseless Dirge. Once you defeated a dungeon, you can go through it again in Insane mode, Min-Max your favorite character, and even play it in co-op. Next week, three free games will be made available: 20XX, Barony, and Superbrothers: Sword & Sworcery EP. Last week’s free game was the excellent Torchlight 2.
