The beta for Steam China is officially live, and with it, comes a host of games approved by Chinese regulators. All games need to obtain this approval before being listed on the store, but it’s looking promising so far. As shared by Niko Partners analyst Daniel Ahmad on Twitter, Steam China co-operator Perfect World published a trailer showing all the games Chinese players can currently buy on the localised version of Valve’s platform. So far, the list includes recent releases like Dyson Sphere Program, as well as popular Steam hits like Risk of Rain 2, Human: Fall Flat, and Absolver. There’s also a host of Chinese-made games like Icey, Hidden Dragon Legend, Gujian3, Sands of Salzaar and many more locally-developed games. Valve’s Dota 2, and CS:GO were, of course, among the first to be available on Steam China. To see this content please enable targeting cookies.
