The bears’ secret hideout has been taken over by gnomes, and you need to deescalate the war between them. The secret hideout can be found in a cabin in the northwest of Weeping Woods, so head over there to get started. You’ll see a bookcase on the lower floor you can interact with that reveals a secret layer. If there are no bears at the hideout and only a few pesky gnomes, you can skip to the final step. Otherwise, you’ll need to find some honeypots and telescope-wielding gnomes first. The Fortnite Party Royale Premiere begins on Friday and you can nab yourself a set of Neon Wings over the weekend.
Fortnite: Where to find the honey pots
The honey pots can be found all over the map, usually hidden beneath trees. Once you’ve found a honey pot, interact with it to complete this step of the challenge. You can find a honey pot:
To the east of Weeping Woods, on a hill overlooking The Agency Northeast of Holly Hedges Under a tree to the southeast of Frenzy Farm At The Orchard Near a tree to the northwest of Pleasant Park
Do this and you’ll get 15,000 XP for your troubles.
Fortnite: Where to find gnomes and telescopes
The gnomes and their telescopes can be found in Weeping Woods, to the west of the river. Interact with them when you find them and keep an eye out for them standing on boxes or logs. Completing this challenge gives you a further 15,000 XP.
Fortnite: Where to find the battle of the bears and gnomes
For the final part of this challenge, you’ll need to disarm both parties. The battlefield can be found to the east of Weeping Woods, and you’ll need to interact with the cannon on either side to disarm either the gnomes or the bears. You’ll get a cool extra 15,000 XP and the No Rights to Bear Arms legacy for finishing this secret challenge.
