While everyone was still reeling from the deluge of reveals at the PS5 showcase, Remedy Entertainment quietly announced that Control is coming to PS5 and Xbox Series. The news comes from a single Tweet by the developer, which sadly doesn’t contain any more information. The news, however, is unsurprising. For one, Control is the type of game that would benefit from the leap in power in both PS5 and Xbox Series X. Control is also one of the pioneering ray tracing games on PC, and, thanks to PS5/XSX’s hardware-based ray tracing, could end being quite the showpiece of their capabilities. For now, we can look forward to Control’s upcoming AWE expansion, due out later this year.
