When Battlefield 2042 was revealed earlier this summer, DICE said the game will encompass three different experiences. The tried and true All-Out Warfare, modding suite and community browser Battlefield Portal, and a mysterious third mode called Hazard Zone. Hazard Zone is the only experience yet to be detailed by DICE, but the recent Battlefield 2042 closed alpha may have given us the first indication of what it actually is. The rework improves the flow of the map by adding a lot more cover, changing the flag arrangement, and altering train elevations. A great mix of support and melee, Miko’s basic abilities are Augmentic Staff and Evade. Augmentic Staff allows her to pull off some neat staff combos, and using her staff with her passive ability Regenerator, she can heal a nearby ally with the lowest health. With Evade, she can dodge out of an enemy’s way, but this will cost you some stamina....

According to Blizzard vice president Jon Spector, the studio doesn’t plan to offer a third beta before release. “We know players are eager to dive in and have seen questions about the possibility of a third public beta,” said Spector on Twitter. “While we will continue testing Overwatch 2 daily internally, we’re not planning any additional public beta tests.” The reason, Spector said, is the team has received enough “valuable feedback” from the alpha and two public beta tests....
