According to esports insider Rod Breslau, Ubisoft has been working on a free-to-play first-person shooter called Hyper Scape. The game is set to be teased later today. Hyper Scape is being worked on by Ubisoft Montreal, makers of Rainbow Six Siege and several Assassin’s Creed games. Breslau said Hyper Scape will release first on PC this July, and the launch seems to be tied to Ubisoft’s E3-style Forward event. Before that, however, the game will run closed beta tests, the first is reportedly kicking off next week....

During the AMA, a Reddit user named CSKaay asked “how is Lifeline’s kit being handled?” in the next round of updates and balance changes coming to the game. There are some known issues the patch doesn’t fix that the development team is working to address. These include continuing to make tweaks to reduce visual shimmering, the inability to trade with Abadund, the inability to complete the Frostclaw-related quest, issues with progression in some missions, and outfits appearing to be covered by dark shadows in inventory. As far as what’s been fixed is concerned, the funniest issue (and probably one of the most frustrating) of being stuck in the bathroom in the Base has been addressed....

The upcoming title will release with over 120 new cards, bringing the official card count to over 400. The new cards will be available to test out in beta on April 28, Riot confirms. For those who have been participating in the open beta, the official launch will not wipe progress made throughout.
