Atlus has announced a release date for Shin Megami Tensei 3: Nocturne HD Remaster. It is coming to PS4, Switch, and Steam on May 25. It was released in Japan back in October for the aforementioned consoles. The infamously punishing RPG was originally released on PS2 back in 2003. The first Silent Hill game arrived on PlayStation back in 1999, and frankly, scared the living shit out of many who played it. Still, over two decades later, many fans are trying to chase the feeling that the original games gave them, myself included, and I played them over a decade after their release. They may be timeless, but many fans still want more. Back when Silent Hills was announced in 2012, set to feature the work of Hideo Kojima and Guillermo Del Toro, fans were understandably excited....
Trophy hunters are not happy. If you’ve managed to nab every other achievement in Skater XL, and are becoming increasingly infuriated by the dastardly “Travel over 40.075 km in total” one, I’m afraid I’m about to ruin your day. Jumpship has created a game that is hard to define. While it loosely feels similar to studio co-founder Dino Patti’s Inside (which he produced at Playdead), Somerville is on an entirely grander, more beautiful scale. It is, despite some fiddly moments, a quite magnificent sci-fi adventure, and an astonishing achievement for writer/director Chris Olsen and the team. In multiple reviews, the WH-1000XM3s are rated extremely high, with heaps of praise poured on their audio quality, noise-cancelling capabilities and comfort. They even beat out some of the other big names in the space, such as the Bose QuietComfort series. Of course, a quality pair of headphones like this is a great choice for gaming if the raft of illuminated gaming headsets do not float your boat and you’re focusing on single-player games....
As part of Sony’s earnings reveal for Q3 FY2020, the platform holder announced strong results from its Game and Network Services division, which includes PlayStation. Despite selling the PS5 at a loss, the division had a record quarter off the back of digital sales, as well as PS5 hardware sales. Sony already announced selling 4.5 million PS5 units by the end of December, and that’s about as many as it was able to make....
Though it may be hard to believe, it’s actually been nearly three years since Seplunky 2 was first announced. Developer Derek Yu and co have been especially quiet on the game since, only popping in to announce a 2019 release target, before later delaying it to 2020. All of that is behind us now, because Spelunky 2 has an official, solid release date of September 15 on PS4. The PC version won’t hit the same day, sadly, as the team is still working on ironing out remaining bugs....
As part of Game Informer’s coverage of Spider-Man: Miles Morales, the magazine revealed a unique new suit at the young hero’s disposal. It is essentially a hoodie Miles wears over his suit. The secret is all in the backpack, however, which is where the Spider-Cat (who also wears a mask) is hiding to bounce on suspecting enemies Miles beats up. We only get a brief glimpse of it in the footage, but it’s already the cutest thing in either game....
Netflix and Ubisoft are developing an anime series of Splinter Cell, and it is to be penned by Derek Kolstad, writer of the John Wick film franchise, according to a Variety report. Kolstad will also executive produce the series. Variety’s sources say the series had been greenlit for two seasons, with a 16 episode order. So, while it’s not a new game, it’s at least something. News and rumors of a new Splinter Cell have been circulating for quite some time....
First off we’re treated with our furry friend wrapping their hands around a pistol grip as they carry the loaded sidearm around the little sandbox made for them. Their tiny hands can barely reach the trigger, so we don’t see them let loose any shots. That being said, we do see them run around on their back legs whilst keeping it upright in comedic fashion. The video really comes into its own when they grab a Mac 10 submachine gun though, as they leap into the air and use the rapid fire to propel themselves upwards....

An update to Star Wars Jedi: Fallen Order was released today, and it unlocks pre-order content for all players. Pre-order content included the orange lightsaber color, two hilts, a Bee-D-1 skin, and a gold Squadron Stinger Mantis skin. Along with the pre-order content, various fixes have been applied with the update. This includes collision on Ilum, Bounty Hunters will no longer get stuck in Zeffo, the Photomode camera no longer explodes rockets, and more....
The December update for Star Wars Squadrons is live, and it not only includes bug fixes but two new Starfighters. These starfighters feature one for the New Republic and the Galactic Empire. The New Republic gets the B-wing Starfighter and the Galactic Empire receives the TIE/d “Defender” multi-role Starfighter. The B-wing is categorized as a Bomber-class Starfighter and the TIE defender is a Fighter. With the update also comes custom matches which will allow one to five players per side across two teams to play on any maps on both Dogfight and Fleet Battles....

The first shows a first look at New Atlantis, the capital city port of the United Colonies - the game’s most powerful military and political faction.
