THQ Nordic has released two videos showing Biomutant running on new-gen consoles. The first video is PS5, and on the console, the game will run at native 1080p at 60 FPS, upscaled to 4k at 60 FPS with Dynamic Resolution. According to THQ, information on a native PS5 version will be shared “soon” and the reason the game doesn’t run in native 4k on PS5 is due to technical reasons....
One of the biggest new additions in Call of Duty: Black Ops Cold War received little fanfare ahead of launch, that being the promise of 120fps on PS5 and Xbox Series X. According to a new Digital Foundry report, however, it is easily one of its most impressive features. 120fps is available as an option on both PS5 and Xbox Series X, but not Series S. By default, Black Ops Cold War locks the resolution to 4K, with the more manageable 60fps as its framerate target....
Battlefield 2042’s Conquest and Breakthrough are the two modes in the game’s All-Out Warfare multiplayer experience. Though they largely work as they traditionally have, you can expect a few updates. Conquest’s pace is being built to allow for big, bombastic moments as well as quieter strolls through the game’s maps. But DICE is also conscious that the bigger scale could have too much of the latter at the expense of the former....
Flow Fire has announced that Synthetik 2 will hit Steam Early Access August 19. Basically, it’s been a while. That fact has really enhanced my enjoyment of The Skywalker Saga, which is just a brilliant game, full of heart and jam-packed with content. The Yakuza spin-off Judgment is now available on new-gen consoles and Stadia. This is an upgraded version of the original release. Judgment was made by Ryu Ga Gotoku Studio, known for the Yakuza series, and was launched exclusively for PlayStation 4 in Japan back in December 2018, ahead of a global release in June 2019.
