Back in 2020, Sonic made his first appearance in the bean-themed battle royale with a skin of the fastest hedgehog alive. So far any collaborations Fall Guys has had with other properties has been relegated to cosmetic, but recently fans have spotted what appears to be an entire Sonic-themed stage coming to the game. The screenshot of the Sonic stage was included in the ’next up’ screen, most likely as a mistake, but obviously this had fans wondering what this meant....

Just in time for Godzilla Day, the popular Godzilla Festival in Japan, Fall Guys players will be able to purchase a Godzilla outfit for their bean in the game. Starting November 3, and for a limited time, you will be able to purchase the special costume for ten crowns. The costume features three rows of dorsal fins and has been adapted to fit in with the game while maintaining historical characteristics....

After years of leaving fans hanging out to try when it comes to anything Silent Hill, Konami finally had something new to show, in fact it had more than one project to reveal. One of those was the incredibly mysterious Silent Hill Townfall, a title being developed by indie studio No Code. As reported by IGN, however, not everything that’s in the trailer is something you can see. To briefly recap the trailer, it shows an old portable TV showing a mixture of scary looking locales, with a man seemingly talking to someone in an ominous tone....

Shown off during the PC Gaming Show today, Far: Changing Tides is due to be released later this year. This is the second adventure set in Okomotive’s post-apocalyptic world. In Far: Lone Sails, you traversed dried-out seabeds, whereas in Far: Changing Tides, you take to the sea. In it, you can expect a nice art style, side-scrolling gameplay while you control Toe, who is trapped in a drowned landscape with little chance of survival....

Far Cry 6’s narrative director, Navid Khavari, has confirmed in a new update on the Ubisoft blog that the new game is inherently political, and inspired by real-world historical events that have taken place in Cuba. “Our story is political,” said Khavari. “A story about a modern revolution must be. There are hard, relevant discussions in Far Cry 6 about the conditions that lead to the rise of fascism in a nation, the costs of imperialism, forced labour, the need for free-and-fair elections, LGBTQ+ rights, and more within the context of Yara, a fictional island in the Caribbean....

Final Fantasy 7 Remake doesn’t launch for another two months, but it looks like the game’s cover has already been printed. The back of the box recently started making the rounds online. This is significant in large part because it reveals that the game requires 100GB of free space, which is significant for any game, let alone one focusing on a small part of the larger Final Fantasy 7 story....

In the latest Inside Infinite update, 343 went over what players of the Halo: Infinite technical flight will be testing. According to the developers, the technical preview will focus on testing the Halo Waypoint companion for mobile and web, and you will also be testing the menu navigation for the Battle Pass UI, challenges, and customization. Insiders will also test multiplayer bots in the Bot Arena playlist, which puts 4 players against 4 Bots on Arena maps....

It’s being published by Square Enix and developed by their own internal Luminous Productions studio. This is the studio that delivered Final Fantasy XV, so we know they’re very capable for giving us a deep and beautiful RPG. However, Forspoken is much more action-oriented and fast paced, so it’ll be interesting to see how Luminous goes about implementing these changes. What is the release date for Forspoken? Forspoken has a new release date of January 24th 2023....

As part of the Week 4 challenges, you’ll need to smash up three Collector Cases to earn your XP. There are several cases available so as long as you’re quick, you’ll get this challenge done in no time. There’s a painting in one of the cases that could be a loading screen, so go ahead and smash that up. It’s not clear whether you need to simply smash the glass or the glass, base and contents of each Collector case, so just smash it all up to be sure....

Deadpool made a surprise appearance in the Season 2 Battle Pass trailer, and there are several clues you’ll need to discover in order to find him. Deadpool has finally started to appear in matches, so keep your eye out for him. If you’ve completed all the challenges, you should be able to access the Deadpool cosmetics collection, too....

When is the Omega Knight skin release date? Leaks from the end of April and early may suggested the Omega Knight pack would release sometime in the first week of the month. That’s yet to happen, and Epic hasn’t published any statement about the pack as they did for the Monarch set. Considering the next two weeks are devoted to May the 4th quests, it’s possible we won’t see Omega launch until the week of May 9....

Fortnite developer Epic Games has announced that Legacy Look Controls are being removed from the game. Legacy Look Controls will no longer be available after March 13. Epic says that control scheme is no longer necessary, now that aim assist has been improved across the board. However, the developer is allowing players on Legacy to continue using their preferred sensitivities. To do this, head into Control Options and select Copy from Legacy....

The standard, Deluxe, and Ultimate Editions of Forza Horizon 4 are all available to purchase on Steam as of this week, and the debut has been a roaring success for Playground Games. Within hours of launch, Forza Horizon 4 managed to enter the Top Sellers list on Valve’s digital storefront, achieving a peak concurrent player count of 14,609 on its day of release, as per SteamDB. As it happens, this is among the largest concurrent player counts ever for a racing on Steam, beating out long-running series like Need for Speed, The Crew, and Project Cars....
